ISS2020 Secretariat, which is formed in the TIA central office of AIST, will aquire, use and manage personal information according as written in the following terms.

Aquisition of personal information and purpose of use

ISS2020 Secretariat will aquire personal information (name, address, affiliation, telephon number, E-mail address, etc.) of ISS2020 participants. The Secretariat will use the provided personal information for the purpose of smoothly preparing for and conducting the symposium, in such cases as processes of visa applications, paying honorariums and reviewing proceedings paper manuscripts.

Limitations of the use and provision

ISS2020 Secretariat will not use the acquired personal information for the purposes other than that written above. The Secretariat will not provide the personal information to third parties unless the Secretariat is required to do so by laws or regulations with regard to privacy protection.

Management of personal information

In order to secure the accuracy and safety of the acquired personal information, ISS2020 Secretariat takes appropriate measures to prevent unlawful access to or loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of the personal information.
